APOT is strategically located in the new financial area of Madrid and hosts leading companies of multiple sectors.

Designed by the office of Ricardo Bofill, the APOT building has 6 floors and 3 basement levels, with more than 16,000 sqm above floor and another 7,000 underground. It main characteristic is its triangular layout. Entirely facing outside with a glass façade, it offers great luminosity. Another peculiarity of the building is the access area: a hall and common reception for the six fully open-space floors accessible through traditional and mechanical steps up to the last level, placed in a single direction and in parallel with the main façade. It also includes elevators that connect the basement floors directly with the others, as well as emergency steps.
