Building for CENTRO DE FORMACIÓN.
After the acquisition of this building, the Infrastructure division performed several minor works to adapt it to the regulations in terms of safety, accessibility and interior distribution.

The building is currently rented and in use as a Dramatic Arts class, by the Employment and Citizen Services area of the Madrid City Hall.
